Ronda Eshleman, Principal, brings over twenty years experience as both a business teacher and administrator at Carmel High School, a nationally ranked, top performing school. During her leadership, Carmel High School was named a National Blue Ribbon School, one of Forbes magazine's top 10 schools, and one of Newsweek's top achieving schools. She is currently the Co-President of the Indiana Curriculum and Instruction Association, an association of over 450 curriculum specialists from all over the state of Indiana. She frequently presents at local, state and national conferences, such as National Association of Secondary School Principals and the National Learning Forward conference. Previous to working at Carmel High School, Ronda was a Marketing Executive with Xerox Corporation.

Mary Brabson provides student and parent support. She joined Central Indiana Educational Service Center in February of 1998, serving in different capacities in Professional Development and Technology. Mary brought to CIESC prior experiences in the corporate arena with retail merchandising, marketing and training in retail management. Her education incorporates business management, computer science, accounting and tax laws. Mary serves on the Virtual Learning Consortium Board which supports virtual learning in the state.

Tony Spelde brings 21 years of teaching experience and for the past 13 years, the Technology Coordinator of the Central Indiana Education Service Center. His distinguished accomplishments as an educational media consultant, facilitator, and former technology coordinator of Beech Grove High School are evidence of his ability to design, install, and implement systems in the educational environment that truly impacts student learning. His professional accolades include an appointment by Gov. Evan Bayh to the advisory board of the GTE Pioneering Partners Initiative, a member of the Hudson Institute’s "Modern Red Schoolhouse" technology task force, an IPL Golden Apple Award recipient, and a continuing role as the technology facilitator of the CIESC's Teacher Leadership Academy. He also spent a year with the Education Systems Group of Electrical Systems Company in Indianapolis. As an Educational Facilitator for the company he helped to design and implement an innovative approach to helping teachers to use technology in the classroom.

Kim Hendrick, Program Manager, is a dynamic educator, consultant, & trainer with over twenty years of professional experience in facilitating, project management, presenting and training delivery at both a local and national level, specializing in the K-12 market. She has trained hundreds of teachers throughout Indiana and across the nation through videoconferencing, web and face to face instruction. Her passion is technology and she is very knowledgeable in web 2.0 applications, Adobe products and virtual education. Her expertise has helped schools on the planning, implementation and integration of videoconferencing and related technologies into the curriculum. Kim has managed problem-based learning and community-based initiatives and helped to build virtual work teams. Kim started her teaching career in 1990 in Perry Township where she lives with her two beautiful boys and husband.

Carrie brings a multitude of experiences to her position as an IOA Administrative Assistant. Carrie received her degree in Dietetic Technology and Food and Nutrition; then spent the next ten years working in the nutrition field as a dietetic technician and a health care marketing representative. She then decided to take to the skies as a flight attendant and spent many years traversing the United States, Canada and Mexico. Carrie is married to Alan and they have teenage boy/ girl twins. Carrie enjoys cooking, reading and spending time with family, friends and their big ?ol black lab, Buddy.
